Prevention Measures against COVID-19

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) has revised the concept of wearing masks as a measure against new coronavirus infection, and the wearing of masks is now based on individual judgment, respecting the independent choice of the individual.

We are taking the following countermeasures against COVID-19, such as avoiding the Three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings).
We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences these may cause our guests, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Requests to Guests

Please use your own judgment to prevent infection by washing your hands, gargling, disinfecting, and wearing a mask.
Please keep a social distance in crowded places, whether outdoors or indoors.
Please disinfect your hands with alcohol and wash your hands and gargle regularly.
Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or if you have a cold or other health problems.

Efforts at Our Facility

Alcohol hand sanitizer are placed at main spots of the facility.
We regularly disinfect points and equipments that are often touched by customers.
We strive to ventilate the facility on a regular basis.
Acrylic boards and transparent vinyl curtains are placed at the front desk and shops to prevent droplet infection.

Staff Efforts

Thoroughly wash hands, gargle and disinfect with alcohol.
The temperature of staff members are checked when they arrive at work, and if they have a fever or feel unwell, they will not be allowed to work.
Checking physical condition and providing education and guidance on infection prevention.
